xiaomi 70mai dash cam pro - you can buy here
Here's the unboxing and first look of the 70mai A800 4K dashcam
This is a tester unit and the unboxing and content may not be exact when you received yours
On the box, it mentioned four key features of the dashcam;
4K recording, Built-in WiFi & GPS, App-Enabled and Supports Rear Camera
Let's open up the box
There's a 64GB microSD card which I believe optional when you pledge on Indiegogo
It's a high-speed memory card with UHS Class 3 that suitable for 4K recording
Next is the 70mai A800 dashcam
There are four buttons on the front of the dashcam
At the bottom is an LED indicator that shown the dashcam activity and status
It uses a mounting system for easier removal of the dashcam
The 70mai A800 uses SONY IMX415 CMOS image sensors, World's smallest 4K security sensor
On the right side are the power button and microphone
Where on the left is the microUSB port for power, AV/IN for the rear camera and microSD card slot
Inside the box, there's an additional dashcam holder with double-sided tape
Follow by a lengthy microUSB cable
A wiring crowbar and a dual USB car charger are included in the box
There's an optional rear camera and it comes in a separate box
Inside the box, there are a rear camera and a long AV/IN cable that provide power and data
It's much bigger compare to the previous 70mai Pro as it features a 3-inch HD color display
This is the GUI of the dashcam
The dashcam also supports Parking Surveillance and ADAS
All the settings can be done on the dashcam itself or use the 70mai App that connects via WiFi
That's all for now, I'll be sharing the installation and video footages samples on my next video
